Coming up over the Summer 2019 – Learn to Sew Dressmaking
July 18, 2019
I hope you’re enjoying the summer so far? Now the school holidays are nearly upon us, it’s a great time to think about your own learning. My timetable of term time teaching eases off in summer, which means that I have time to offer something a little bit different than usual and can fit in more one to one students.
Let me tell you about what’s coming up…
Sunday Evenings (5 week dressmaking course) 5-8pm Starting Sunday 21st July – Book Here
Summer Sewing School (5 day dressmaking course) Monday-Friday Monday 29th July – Friday 2nd August
Sewing school is my most popular course, it caters to all skill levels from complete beginners (never touched a sewing machine before) to more experienced dressmakers, who want to develop their skills further. Class sizes are small (max 3 students) to ensure that you get the tutor time that you need.

You might have seen Solomon and his toile of his dress on Facebook. He designed and pattern drafted the dress from scratch in one to one lessons with me. Solomon is planning to study textiles in September and has been having lessons with me to increase his knowledge and skills.
If you would like to chat with me about how I can help you increase your knowledge and skills in one to one lessons, you can book a free 30 minute consultation with me by clicking on the link below.
If you’re just starting with a new Sewing Machine or Overlocker and need some help getting to grips with it, you can book a “Get to Know Your Sewing Machine (or Overlocker)” lesson with me to help you get the most out of it.
